A man from Willaston has denied being part of a £40,000 drug dealing ring.
Paul Michael Dale Ford of Willaston Crescent is alleged to have been one of three men who picked up boxes containing two kilogrammes of cannabis and took it to his home address on February 28.
Police arrested Dale after discovering the drugs following a surveillance operation and raid on his home.
He denies possessing cannabis with intent to supply it, along with co-accused 23 year old Kyle Brian Moylneux of Castlemona Avenue in Douglas.
At Douglas courthouse this week, Mr Molyneux was also accused of attempting to pervert the course of justice.
Prosecution advocate James Robinson told the court after police released Mr Molyneux following his arrest, he’s alleged to have gone to Mr Ford’s home and intimidated members of his family.
Both men were remanded in custody and will appear again on April 4.
