A man's appeared in court accused of causing actual bodily harm to a woman in October.
Lee Cowell of Darragh Passage in Douglas appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
He denies assaulting the woman between October 12 and 15.
Mrs Hughes remanded him in custody and the 46 year old will appear in court again on December 15.
