A man's appeared in court accused of assault with intent to resist arrest and drink-driving.
Scott Eric Carbutt of Parliament Street in Ramsey appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Christopher Arrowsmith at Douglas Courthouse.
The 38 year old denies both allegations, said to have been committed on August 28.
He was granted bail and excused attending his next court appearance on December 10.
