Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was spotted causing a disturbance in Douglas at the weekend.
It happened between 8am and 8.30am on Saturday in the area of Osborne Grove.
Police haven't released any details of what he was allegedly doing.
They say the man was in his mid 20's with short dark hair and was wearing jeans and a grey zip up jacket.
