A Port St Mary man has appeared in court accused of handling thousands of pounds worth of stolen metal.
36-year- old Loic Joseph Bourdiec, of Lewthwaites Way, allegedly carried out the offence between November and January.
At Douglas Courthouse last week, Magistrates heard it related to more than £4,000 of scrap metal at Costain's Scrap Metal Merchants in Foxdale.
A two-week adjournment was granted - he was bailed until his next court appearance on July 20th.
