A Strang man accused of injuring a woman by pushing her from a moving vehicle will appear in court again in August.
Andrew Fenton of Cronk Grianagh appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 43-year-old denies assault causing actual bodily harm on May 8 this year.
Mrs Hughes bailed him to appear in court again at a pre-trial review on August 17.
