A man accused of indecent assault will appear in court again in January.
Noel Patrick Richards of Bircham Avenue Close in Ramsey appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
He’s charged with two counts of assault as well as one each of indecent assault, criminal damage, disorderly behaviour on licensed premises and resisting police on December 2.
No pleas have yet been entered and he was bailed in the sum of £500 on condition he doesn’t enter the Mitre Hotel in Ramsey, contact witnesses in the case or purchase alcohol.
The 23 year old is next due to appear in court on January 4.
