Man and woman appear in court over drug charges

A man and woman from Douglas have appeared in court over drugs charges.

37 year old Jonathan Edward Myers of Broadway and 44 year old Leanne Corlett of Cronk y Berry appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.

Mr Myers hasn’t yet pleaded to producing drugs and possessing them on May 21 and 22, while Miss Corlett hasn’t entered pleas to producing drugs and possessing them with intent to supply on the same dates.

Both were bailed in the sum of £500 on condition they don’t contact each other or another man who’s also facing charges.

They’ll appear in court again on July 23.
