Prosecutors have dropped charges of being in a stolen car against a man who’s admitted resisting police officers.
Anthony John Richard Lyons of Church Road Marina in Douglas appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 44 year old had previously pleaded guilty to two counts of resisting officers on August 29 and September 19 last year.
Prosecutor Roger Kane told the hearing given the pleas, he would offer no evidence to a further charge of being carried in a stolen vehicle on June 30.
There was no bail application and Lyons was remanded in custody until his next court appearance on May 10.
