A man accused of drink-driving has been bailed until the start of his trial in July.
Martin Ian Nowak of Hailwood Avenue in Douglas appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 43 year old pleaded not guilty to driving over the limit on November 8 last year.
Magistrates bailed him in the sum of £500 and he’ll next appear at the beginning of his one-day trial on August 14.
