A man accused of causing grievous bodily harm has been committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
Ethan John Peel of School Hill Avenue in Castletown appeared before Deputy High Bailiff James Brooks at Douglas Courthouse.
The 19 year old denies assault occasioning GBH on December 19 last year.
Mr Brooks committed him to stand trial in the higher court, and bailed him in the sum of £500 until his first appearance there on a date to be fixed.
