A man accused of assaulting a woman has been banned from buying alcohol as he awaits trial.
Nathan Alexander Orme of Anagh Coar Road in Douglas appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Graeme Cook at Douglas Courthouse.
The 29 year old denies assault on October 29 last year.
He was bailed in the sum of £500 with conditions not to enter on-licensed premises or purchase alcohol, not to enter Hillside Avenue in Douglas and not to contact his alleged victim.
He’ll next appear at the start of his trial on February 20.
