Police are investigating an incident that resulted in a male being restrained by two members of the public in Douglas.
Officers say it happened on Loch Promenade just after midnight on Tuesday, December 4.
They've added this culminated in a male being restrained on the pedestrian crossing outside Sam Webb's on Church Road Marina before authorities arrived at the scene.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or any information on the events leading up to police arriving are asked to contact Police Headquarters.
