Despite extensive repair works needing to be done, the Manx Electric Railway will be ready to open in time for the upcoming season.
The tram lines were badly affected following the recent adverse weather.
A two metre deep sinkhole was formed near Ballaglass Glen following February’s rainfall - engineers will start work repairing it from next week.
