A Douglas man has unveiled a huge regeneration scheme for the capital's North Quay - with apartments, a restaurant, gym, wine bar and offices.
Dennis Rogers of South Quay has lodged three separate planning applications for buildings along Douglas harbour.
They include refurbishing the former Newson's shop and converting its first two floors into a café - with a business hub above.
The redevelopment also requires registered building consent.
