More work is to be carried out on a main road south next week, likely causing further delays for commuters.
The Department of Infrastructure will close the road during daytimes at Fairy Bridge to allow for trees damaged by recent storms to be felled.
The road will shut from 9.30am to 3.30pm each day between on Monday, March 17 and Wednesday, March 19, with diversions via Orrisdale road.
There'll also be temporary traffic lights on Thursday, March 20 and Friday, March 21.
