Mailbox creditors meeting postponed

The Mailbox Bar and Restaurant stopped trading in early November after going into liquidation. 

At the time the directors of the company said they’d tried to sell the business as a growing concern but had failed and therefore had been left with no choice but to close. 

A meeting of creditors was supposed to take place on Monday at Capital House however this was postponed and no new date has yet been set. 

According to directors the meeting, which would have seen a liquidator appointed, was deferred to allow time to resolve a number of outstanding legal issues. 

A new date will be organised in due course and all creditors will be informed of this.
