Island residents were treated to a spectacular light display last night as the northern lights illuminated the skies.
The aurora was visible overhead, with enthusiasts sharing photographs of the phenomenon on Facebook.
Images were posted from across the Island, including Jurby, Onchan, Ballaugh and Governor’s Hill.
Isle of Man Aurora group member Nigel Fairclough summed up the event in one word: Magical.
