Free information and support for those affected by cancer will be on-hand from next month.
Macmillan's bus 'Basil' will be making his first visit to the Island.
Basil and the Macmillan Cancer Support’s Mobile Information and Support Service (MISS) are visiting Castletown, Peel and Ramsey, and will be on hand to answer any questions or concerns about cancer.
They will offer vital support, advice and information on a range of issues, including different treatments, financial advice, getting back to work, or what local services might be available.
