Developers of a huge project to revamp Lord Street in Douglas have amended their plans after concerns from planners.
Lord Street Development of Cronkbourne wants to build apartments, shops and a cinema on the site of the former Lord Street bus station.
The company's now submitted updated plans with a smaller apartment block and cinema after planners were worried about the height of the buildings following a planning application earlier this year.
New drawings show the proposed block of flats has been reduced from 14 to 12 storeys high, while the cinema will be one storey shorter.
