Loganair will operate twice daily flights between the Island and Liverpool from Thursday.
It was confirmed in the House of Keys this morning following five urgent questions about Flybe's collapse last week.
It meant all flights were cancelled, including those to and from the Island.
Officials add a number of seats are being reserved for the patient transfer service with the remaining ones available for passengers to book in the usual way.
Meanwhile, talks with operators continue to provide air services from the Island to Birmingham and Manchester.
