A Ballaugh woman is appealing to Manx Care for help to care for her ill husband.
Sophie Baillie said she's been left without any support despite several meetings with health officials.
Andrew Baillie has Crohn's disease and needs a special line for fluids every night, but Sophie says she hasn't been trained to use it properly.
The mum of three says they're often reduced to using Google for medical information, and have been left feeling desperate.
The couple added that they've also been in touch with senior politicians but believe their case has fallen through the gaps.
Manx Care responded by saying it supports individuals with Crohn's Disease with a "bespoke care plan, which includes the Gastroenterology Team at Noble's plus community-led support."
