The chairman of a local charity is aiming to walk or run 50,000m of altitude over this year to raise money.
Jim Macgregor has been involved with Search and Rescue Dogs Isle of Man since it was created in 2004, and it has recently been expanding with new dogs coming though.
The charity provides search dogs to look for missing people, and needs funds to cover insurance, vet bills, and travel on and off Island for assessments.
Jim hopes to climb a minimum of 600m a day and complete various challenges throughout the year, such as the Yorkshire Dales 3 Peaks and Mount Toubkal in Morocco.
