A local florist is once again preparing the iconic laurel garlands presented to winners at this year’s TT races.
Flower Studio IOM is making 64 handmade garlands, with up to 80 individually pinned laurel leaves used in each one.
Owner Heidi Baker says there’s something very special about creating a piece of living TT history.
She adds it’s an absolute honour to make the awards, although by the end of the process she may be in need of a massage and sauna session.
