A local man who suffered from Throat and Blood Cancer is raising funds for those in Ukraine.
David Hallsall is aiming to do a sponsored walk from St Johns to Peel to donate money to Manx Support for Ukraine.
In a post on social media, he says it's been 'quite a year' but things are on the up and he's now 'free from cancer and has finished chemo'.
He'll start the walk next Tuesday (12th) from 2.15pm - and aims to arrive in Peel for 4pm, with the help from family and friends - and his walking aid.
If you'd like to donate, you can email help@supportukraine.im or call Jim on 484722.
