A local business is asking the public for ideas on how we can all be kinder.
The Shed, based on Laxey Promenade took to social media following the death of TV presenter Caroline Flack.
In it, owner Bev Clegg says she doesn't want Caroline's death to be in vain - and is now looking for ways The Shed, its employees' and customers can inspire people to be kinder to one another.
The company is asking people to get in touch if they think of ways to achieve this.
The Shed is kicking things off with a hashtag initiative - when it sees people being unkind on social media it'll simply comment with #pleasebekind.
If you have any ideas, you're asked to either comment on the Facebook post or drop them a private message.
