Garff Commissioners say they're considering buying a patch of land in Laxey for a new bus shelter.
At their last meeting, commissioners heard the land at Minorca crossroads would replace an existing shelter.
Board members said the existing stop had caused problems in the past for students getting off buses there.
Commissioners agreed to enter negotiations, and said the Department of Infrastructure would have to give final approval for the purchase.
