There's a chance to run a small business in the south of the Island, as commissioners rent out a wooden kiosk.
Port Erin Commissioners say they're looking for companies or individuals for a short-term lease on a pop-up kiosk on Shore Road.
The board says a seasonal lease running from April to September would be considered for up to two years.
