Garff Comissioners have opposed plans to develop Laxey’s former ‘Glen House’ nursing home into apartments.
The proposal for 11 apartments, with six associated parking spaces, was approved by the planning committee.
However the local authority believe this parking provision is insufficient and will only add to existing issues.
