This year's Local Authority General Elections have been postponed.
They were originally due to take place on April 22 but Tynwald members have voted in favour of pushing them back to July 22.
The motion to do so was put forward by the Department of Infrastructure over concerns the elections could conflict with the Island's Covid-19 response.
Existing local authority Members are being asked to continue in office until the new election takes place.
