A Tynwald report into local authority finances won't be able to consider nine commissioners' boards - because their figures hadn't been completed in time.
The accounts report, due to be laid before the court in October, covers 12 local authorities, five boards and committees and 19 burial ground authorities.
But Braddan, Castletown, Peel and Ramsey commissioners are among the larger authorities which hadn't had their accounts signed by inspectors off before the April 2 deadline.
Also missing from the report are the accounts from German, Malew, Michael, Patrick and Santon.
