Living Hope church has submitted a new planning application as it tries to build a new church on Finch Road in Douglas.
The organisation has applied to amend floor levels and an external terrace, entrance steps and ramps and a bank at the back of the former Removal House site.
It's bulldozing the buildings there to create a new place of worship.
In August, new plans for the conservation area site were turned down by the planning committee amid concerns about its size and scale - but the church was given retrospective permission to demolish the existing buildings.
