Manx Telecom will transfer the system to specialist provider Junara, which will charge £65 a year or £6.50 a month for the service.
You'll need to register by Tuesday, January 20 - with any unregistered addresses suspended a day later.
There'll then be a grace period until Monday, April 20 to reactivate before accounts are deleted for ever on Tuesday, April 21.
