Peel lifeboat went to the aid of a yacht which got into difficulties two miles from shore earlier this week.
It happened on Monday at 7.30pm when the 46-foot vessel with four people on board got tangled in debris - losing steering and propulsion.
The volunteer crew braved Force 7 winds and 18-foot waves to get to the boat.
They towed the vessel back to Peel, and nobody was injured during the incident.
