Ramsey lifeboat was called out this weekend to help an injured fisherman.
Ramsey RNLI launched just after 4pm to assist the man aboard a scallop dredger 4 miles off the coast.
Sea conditions were at a south westerly force of 6 to 7 with a moderate to heavy swell.
The vessel was escorted to a more sheltered position in Ramsey Bay and the injured crewman transferred to their ship.
He was then seen to by waiting paramedics.
