A 35-foot yacht required assistance from lifeboat crews after suffering engine problems at the weekend.
Port St Mary teams were alerted at 3pm on Saturday that the vessel had got into difficulty three miles south-east of the port.
The yacht - named 'Nimble' - was quickly located and the one person aboard was found safe and well.
It was escorted back just after 4pm.
