Ramsey lifeboat was called to the help of a small boat in danger of crashing against rocks on Sunday.
The 16-foot vessel's engines both failed, and she and her two-man crew were in danger of drifting onto the rocks at Bulgahm Bay near Laxey.
Ramsey lifeboat, the Ann & James Ritchie, launched at 5:45pm - she reached the boat 20 minutes later and towed her safely to Laxey Harbour.
Nobody was hurt during the incident.
