Ramsey's lifeboat was called into action last night when a yacht ran into difficulties off Maughold.
The RNLI crew sprang into action shortly before 8.30pm after the 30 foot yacht suffered engine difficulties around two miles off the Island's coast.
The RNLB Ann and James Ritchie 2 reached the vessel just before 9pm and made sure the one person aboard wasn't injured.
It then escorted the yacht back to Ramsey Harbour.
