The Island's Lieutenant Governor has paid tribute to Her Majesty The Queen.
Elizabeth II, our Lord of Mann, died peacefully at Balmoral yesterday afternoon.
Sir John Lorimer, who is The Queen's representative on the Isle of Man, says:
"I know that the Isle of Man shares with me its profound sadness at the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Lord of Mann.
I shall be sending a message of condolence from the Island to the Royal Family."
