Chris Thomas is the latest Liberal Vannin candidate to declare. He'll stand in Douglas West in the upcoming general election.
He moved to the Isle Of Man in 2001 and has worked at the IOM Business School. He recently returned from Vietnam where he was Chief Technical Advisor for Development of Capital Markets.
