Only a quarter of one per cent of buildings in Douglas are on a council blacklist.
At a meeting in January, the local authority's Environmental Services Committee considered the city's schedule of properties in a state of dilapidation or disrepair.
Seven new sites had been added to the list, while four were taken off it because work had been carried out.
Members heard that left 37 properties, or 0.25 per cent of the total in Douglas.
