A learner driver has been fined after she failed to give way and crashed into an oncoming car in Douglas.
Roberta Nicoll, of Kirby Hill in Douglas, appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 51-year-old admitted driving without due care and attention and having no driving licence after a crash on Meadow Crescent in Douglas on July 25 last year.
Nicoll, in a Honda Jazz with L-plates, didn't stop or look at a give way sign despite the other driver beeping their horn.
Nicoll was fined a total of £350 and had six penalty points put on her licence.
She was banned from the roads for six months and ordered to pay £50 costs.
