Deadline for Trainee Applicants 27th August
The last additional open day for aspiring police officers is to be held this afternoon.
Two extra days had to be put on due to popular demand; they allow people considering a career in the Police to find out more details on how to become a trainee.
Today’s session will be held from 1 till 4pm.
It’s the sixth recruitment drive on the Island since January 2007, when training became provided wholly on-Island.
The deadline for applicants for the training programme is 27th August.
