Landmarks go orange for pain awareness

Landmarks around the Island will light up later today to raise awareness of complex regional pain syndrome.

The fifth-annual Colour The World Orange day, is held globally on the first Monday of November each year and sees landmarks around the globe turn orange.

CRPS – thought to affect some Island residents is a rare and painful condition which currently has no working treatment or cure.

The likes of the Tower of Refuge, Ramsey Swing Bridge and 3FM will illuminate later today to mark the occasion.
