Landlords’ concerns over new legislation being brought in have been listened to.
That’s according to the Social Care Minister who says, as a result, the new Voluntary Landlord Registration Scheme has been updated.
Changes have now been made to the application process which all landlords are being encouraged to sign up for in a bid to improve the standards of rented accommodation.
The legislation will be taken through Tynwald later this year.
