A beloved Douglas restauranteur has signed on the dotted line to take on one of Heron and Brearley's flagship out of town pubs.
Shri Naik from Kurries and Steaks will be taking on the Colby Glen, as the brewery look to grow their tenancy estate.
Outgoing managers Natalie and Adrian Hugo will move onto the George Hotel in Castletown, where they plan to continue with their South African inspired cuisine.
Shri has said they will soon open following the existing blueprint, but before long will be offering both traditional pub fare, and the cuisine his restaurants have been famous for over the past decade.
