The Chief Minister says relations between Douglas and Westminster are the strongest for a decade.
It follows the visit of the Commons Justice Committee which examined how some Manx legal affairs are handled by the Ministry of Justice.
The committee was building on a 2010 report commissioned by the British government looking into a variety of constitutional issues with the crown dependencies.
