Jobs will be created - and the economy boosted - when a new teleport is built on the Isle of Man.

That's the message from the Department of Economic Development and SES Satellite Leasing which this week unveiled plans to extend satellite operations.

SES will put the teleport into service in 2017 - vice president of business development Richard Arning says it will spark employment opportunities:
