Dafabet Devitt Racing say that Ivan Lintin is no longer in a 'critical' condition in hospital.
On social media they say he is now classed as 'stable' and is due to be moved to another hospital closer to home to continue rehabilitation.
The team is thanking people for all the support they've received at this difficult time.
They have added that while his road to recovery remains a long one, it has been a step in the right direction.
