It's back in time for Rally fans

Rally fans have the chance to watch this evening’s motor racing from a 1700s film set.

The 12 stage day will be headlined by extended Castletown stages in the evening.

People watching from the popular Glue Pot pub will find themselves transported back in time as the venue's undergone a dramatic transformation for the filming of a new feature film called Belle.

It’s a welcome return for Rally Isle of Man which was cancelled last year.

However media officer Chris Boyde says more marshals are still needed to help ensure the event’s success:
